Qubino Flush 2 Relays ZMNHBD2 Aus/NZ Frequency 921.42MNz

Qubino Flush 2 Relays ZMNHBD2 Aus/NZ Frequency 921.42MNz
The Qubino Flush 2 Relay is ideal for switching on or off two electrical devices. You can control it either remotely through the Z-Wave network or through wall switches. It also measures the power consumption of two electrical devices and supports the connection of a digital temperature sensor.

The Qubino Flush 2 Relay is ideal for remotely controlling up to two electric devices (door locks, door openers, fans, etc.) or lights.

The Qubino Flush 2 Relay can measure the power consumption of both connected electrical devices separately and itself has an extremely low power consumption of less than 0.4 W.

The Qubino Flush 2 Relay can operate across a wide temperature range, from a chilly -10˚C to a scorching 40˚C (14˚–104˚F). It supports the connection of a digital temperature sensor, which means you can create complex scenes and switch any device relative to a set temperature range. Every device also act as a repeater in order to improve the range and stability of the Z-Wave network.

Extremely small size and a specially designed casing mean that connecting the device inside a flush mounting box is simplicity itself. The installation process, tested and approved by professional electricians, consists of just three simple steps:

1, Remove the switches from the box and disconnect the wires.
2, Connect the wires to the Qubino device and insert it in the box.
3, Fix the switches to the box.

Qubino devices are "install-and-forget" products. Our products are made to last, so we only select and use top-quality electronic components. Our devices are also the most tested Z-Wave microcontrollers on the market. The Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology (SIQ), an independent testing body, tests safety parameters including temperature rise, construction, insulation resistance, power consumption and overload in accordance with the EN 60669-2-1 standard.

Warning:
Danger of electrocution !
All works on the device may be performed only by a qualified and licensed electrician. Observe national regulations.
Even when the device is turned off, voltage may be present at its terminals. Any works introducing changes into the configuration of connections or the load must be always performed with disconnected voltage (disable the fuse).

Setting Parameters

Parameter no. 1 & no. 2 – Input I1 & Input I2 switch type

Available configuration parameters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • default value 1
  • 0 - mono-stable switch type (push button)
  • 1 - bi-stable switch type

Flush-2-relays-NEW-Q1-and-Q2

Parameter no. 11 & no. 13 - Automatic turning off output Q1 & Q2 after set time

TVs, Hi-Fi systems and other home appliances have already integrated automatic turn off functionality, this device also offers this functionality. Automatic turning off function allows energy saving, without doing scenes on Z-Wave controller.

This function, for example also allows automatic re-locking door after defined time.

When relay Q1 or Q2 is ON it goes automatically OFF after time defined by this parameter. Timer is reset to zero each time the device receives ON command regardless from where it comes (push button, associated device, gateway, controller, etc.).

Available configuration parameters (data type is 2 Byte DEC):

  • Default value 0
  • 0 - Auto OFF disabled
  • 1 – 32535 = 1 second (0,01 s) – 32535 seconds (325,35 s) Auto OFF enabled with define time, step is 1 s or 10 ms according to parameter nr. 15

Parameter no. 12 & no. 14 - Automatic turning on output Q1 & Q2 after set time

When relay Q1 or Q2 is OFF it goes automatically ON after time defined by this parameter. Timer is reset to zero each time the device receives OFF command regardless from where it comes (push button, associated device, gateway, controller, etc.).

Available configuration parameters (data type is 2 Byte DEC):

  • Default value 0
  • 0 - Auto ON disabled
  • 1 – 32535 = 1 second (0,01 s) – 32536 seconds (325,35 s) Auto ON enabled with define time, step is 1 s or 10 ms according to parameter nr. 15

Parameter no. 15 - Automatic turning off / on seconds or milliseconds selection

Available configuration parameters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • Default value 0
  • 0 – seconds selected
  • 1 – milliseconds selected

Note: This parameter is valid for both outputs Q1, Q2 and is the same for turning off or on.

Flush-2-relays-NEW-Q1-and-Q2

Parameter no. 30 - Saving the state of the relays Q1 and Q2 after a power failure

Available configuration parameters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • default value 0
  • 0 – Flush 2 Relay device saves its state before power failure (it returns to the last position saved before a power failure)
  • 1 - Flush 2 Relay device does not save the state after a power failure, it returns to "off" position.

Flush-2-relays-NEW-Q1-and-Q2

Parameter no. 40 & no. 41– Power reporting in Watts on power change for Q1 or Q2

Set value means percentage, set value from 0 – 100 = 0 % - 100 %. Available configuration parameters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • default value 10
  • 0 – Reporting Disabled
  • 1 – 100 = 1 % - 100 % Reporting enabled. Power report is sent (pushed) only when actual power in Watts in real time changes for more than set percentage comparing to previous actual power in Watts, step is 1 %.

Note: If power changed is less than 1 W, the report is not sent (pushed), independent of percentage set.

Flush-2-relays-NEW-Q1-and-Q2

Parameter no. 42 & no. 43– Power reporting in Watts by time interval for Q1 or Q2

Set value means time interval (0 – 32535) in seconds, when power report is sent. Available configuration parameters (data type is 2 Byte DEC):

  • default value 300 (power report in Watts is sent each 300 s)
  • 0 – Reporting Disabled
  • 1 – 32535 = 1 second – 32535 seconds. Reporting enabled. Power report is sent with time interval set by entered value.

Some valves are normally opened (NO), some are normally closed (NC).
NO - if the power is off, the valve is open
NC - if the power is off, the valve is closed

Flush-2-relays-NEW-Q1-and-Q2

Parameter no. 63 & no. 64 – Output Q1 & Output Q2 Switch selection

Set value means the type of the device that is connected to the PWM output. The device type can be normally open (NO) or normally close (NC). Available configuration parameters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • default value 0
  • 0 - When system is turned off the output is 0 V (NC).
  • 1 - When system is turned off the output is 230 V (NO).

Temperature Sensor Setting

Parameter no. 110 – Temperature sensor offset settings

If the temperature sensor is connected to the device, the temperature sensor widget is shown automatically in UI (user interface).

If the measured temperature with an additional temperature measuring device is different from the one measured by the connected digital temperature sensor, the temperature can be compensated by this parameter.

Available configuration parameters (data type is 2 Byte DEC):

  • default value 32536
  • 32536 – offset is 0.0 °C
  • From 1 to 100 – value from 0.1 °C to 10.0 °C is added to actual measured temperature.

Parameter no. 120 – Digital temperature sensor reporting

If digital temperature sensor is connected, device reports measured temperature on temperature change defined by this parameter.

Available configuration para meters (data type is 1 Byte DEC):

  • Default value 5 (Temperature is reported on 0.5 °C change)
  • 0 – Reporting disabled
  • 1- 127 = 0.1 °C – 12.7 °C, step is 0.1 °C
